Q: Why is the brand called Flame and Arrow?
A: Flame is for candle flames and Arrow is play on our last name, Archer.
Q: What wax is used in the candles?

Q: Are the products pet safe?
A: Yes! Due to the allergy-friendly plant based wax that is used and the certified clean ingredients used in the fragrances, these products are safe for all members of your family.
Q: What is the burn time?
A: 6oz candles burn for approximately 40 hours. 9oz candles burn for approximately 65 hours. A benefit of Coconut-Apricot wax is it's slow burning properties. Proper candle care helps reach the ideal burn time. Be sure to trim the wick between each burn and do not burn longer than 4 hour intervals.
Q: Are the frangrances safe?
A: Yes! I use natural, certified clean frangrace oils in all of my products. These oils are non-toxic and meet the standards set by California Prop. 65.
Q: How do I use the car diffuser?
A: Simply remove the plastic stopper then put your bamboo cork back on. Hang from your rearview mirror and tilt to dispense fragrance. The oil soaks into the bamboo cork then diffuses throughout your space. Tilt 1-2 times a week for about 2 seconds. There is a car diffuser care card in each package with these reminders too. These are great for office cubicles too!
Q: How long do the car diffusers last?
A: Car diffusers last for aprroximately 4-5 weeks. Weather and tilting plays a role in how long your diffuser lasts. You can store your diffuser upright, away from the windshield on hot, sunny days to prolong your diffuser during Summer months.
Q: Are the car diffusers refillable?
A: Yes! You can shop car diffusers refills online only. Each refill is 16mL so you get two refills per bottle plus it includes a pipette for your convenience.
Q: Will the room sprays leave oil spots?
A: Nope! Just be sure to shake your botte before spraying. This property makes the room spray multipurpose so it can be used as a linen spray too.
Q: How do I use the wax tarts?
A: Simply pop a wax cube out of the container and place it into a ceramic wax warmer. Wax warmers are either electric and heated with a small bulb or heated with a tea light candle. You can find these at any major retailer. Each wax cube can be remelted until scent disappears then clean your warmer dish and put a new cube in.
